WMU: Peace Forum šļø
I believe that in order to create peace we must first learn about different cultures.
This starts in our schools.
My speech:
āTo create peace in the world, we must first understand each otherš¤šļø
Thatās why I am so grateful to be here in Korea for the first time, learning more about both Korean culture and cultures from all you girls from all over the world!
I have been lucky enough to be given many beautiful opportunities to travel the world and experience different cultures, but not everyone is able to have this opportunity!
Thatās why I believe it is important to start teaching children from a young age about different cultures in our school curriculum.
If we can teach children more about the ways and cultures of different people, they will grow up having a wider understanding of our world and embrace everyoneās differences rather than frown upon them.
If we can do this, the next generation and our future leaders will be able to ensure a world that lives in harmony.
I have already started this through my campaign called Tiny Hands, where I visit schools in various countries to help spread awareness of different cultures, and I inspire others to do the same!
It is with a greater understanding of different cultures that we can create a truly united and peaceful worldš ā
